Wheeleez® wheels have a totally different designed than the original yellow "Carteez" wheels. While some of the older yellow wheels tended to get out of round or egg shaped, the new wheels are now made from a much more durable material called Polyurethane Texin985U. The air valve is now a Schrader-type brass valve which is identical to a car tire valve instead of the leaky basketball type that needed a special pin to fill it with air. The bearings are now stainless steel ball bearing in a plastic housing shielded from sand with felt rings and washers to keep sand and water out.
